Heather McCarthy, B.S.
Heather graduated from Franklin University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2021. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health at Capella University. Heather is currently in her residency phase of clinical training and is under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Supervisor at Christian Counseling Associates.
Heather has experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings that include:

Heather works with individuals from elementary age to adults. She is trained to work with most areas of clinical disorder. Clinically, she employs a faith-based approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy. Heather specializes in the following areas:

Heather integrates Faith-Based Counseling by incorporating biblical principles and prayer in each session. She is an active church member and ministry leader.
