Candice Crosgrove, B.S.

Candice earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services Management from the University of Phoenix and holds an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. She is currently completing a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Waynesburg University. Candice also holds certifications as a Certified Journal Therapy Coach, Certified Spiritual Director, and in Mental Health First Aid. She serves as a Resident Counselor at Christian Counseling Associates under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Supervisor.

Candice brings over 20 years of experience in behavioral health, recovery support, and nonprofit leadership. She has directed clinical and recovery programs, coordinated behavioral health services, and developed trauma-informed initiatives across Western Pennsylvania. Her background includes extensive work with individuals and families impacted by substance use disorders, maternal addictions, trauma, and co-occurring conditions. In addition to her clinical work, Candice has served in executive nonprofit leadership, program design, and community outreach, integrating her professional skills with a strong faith foundation.

Candice works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her areas of competency include:

Candice is an active member in her local church and regularly supports ministry opportunities as they arise. Her Christian faith plays a central role in her personal and professional life, shaping her values and her work with clients. She is also deeply connected to her family and community and is passionate about creating safe, grace-filled spaces for growth and healing.
