Jessica Howell, B.A.
Jessica Howell serves as a Resident Counselor at Christian Counseling Associates’ Forrest City office. She is completing her graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University and works under the supervision of a licensed clinical supervisor.
Jessica provides counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. She is equipped to address several areas of clinical concern, including anxiety, family conflict, grief, parenting challenges, marital and premarital concerns, peer relationship issues, and sleep disturbance.
Clinically, she draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based approaches, integrating these with a faith-directed perspective. Her treatment preferences include working with individuals, couples, and families, and she also offers sessions through secure video counseling platforms .
