Andrew Monteiro, L.P.C.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Geneva College in 2010, and a Master of Science in Education and Counseling in 2012. Andrew is currently in his pre-licensing phase of clinical training and is under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Supervisor at Christian Counseling Associates. He is also an Ordained Minister.
Since 2010, Andrew has ministry and counseling experience in the following settings:
- Psychiatric Hospital
- Group Practice
- Community Based Mental Health
- Church Based Pastoral Counseling
Andrew works with individuals from across the lifespan. He is skilled at working with individuals, couples, and families and is trained to work with most areas of clinical disorder. Clinically, Andrew employs a faith-based approach using trauma-focused, Cognitive Behavioral and Rational-Emotive Behavioral therapies. He has experience working with clients in the following areas:

Andrew integrates Faith-Based Counseling by incorporating biblical principles and prayer in each session. He is currently pastoring a church in addition to his counseling work.
