Dr. Thomas Weil
Tom Weil, Ph.D. (Counselor Education & Supervision, Liberty University, 2025), serves as the Clinical Director of Christian Counseling Associates’ Western Pennsylvania Division. He previously completed a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Geneva College (2007) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Religious Studies from Hiram College. Dr. Weil is a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Weil has over 15 years of clinical experience working with clients in a variety of settings that include:
Faith-Based Group Private Practice (Licensed Professional Counselor)
Community Agency Outpatient Mental Health Practice
Dr. Weil also oversees the Western Pennsylvania Division of CCA, providing leadership for more than 50 locations and ensuring high-quality clinical supervision and ongoing staff training.
Tom works with individuals from across the lifespan. He is skilled at working with individuals, couples, and families. Tom is trained to work with most areas of clinical disorder. Clinically, he employs a faith-based approach using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, and Psychodynamic Therapy. Tom has experience in addressing the following areas:

- Domestic Violence and Abuse
- Marital and Premarital Issues
- Parenting/Co-Parenting
- Military Related Issues
Tom integrates Faith-Based Counseling by incorporating biblical principles and prayer in each session. He is an active church member.
