Linzey understands that beginning counseling can feel like a significant step, and she seeks to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences. She values building strong therapeutic relationships through empathy, open communication, and respect.
As a Resident Counselor, Linzey brings a strong interest in helping clients work through many areas of emotional difficulty. Her counseling approach is faith-based and incorporates evidence-based interventions, allowing clients to explore their experiences, emotions, and patterns in a thoughtful and supportive setting.
Linzey has experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in a variety of supportive, faith-based, and community settings:

- Campus Ministry
Linzey works with clients across the lifespan and is available to work with individuals, couples, families, and groups. Clinically, she employs a faith-based approach using Psychodynamic Therapy. Linzey has experience and developing competency in the following areas:
