Mark graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Engineering Technology. He earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Geneva College in 2024. Mark is currently a Licensed Professional Associate Counselor and is under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Supervisor at Christian Counseling Associates. He holds the following certifications:
- Licensed Professional Associate Counselor – State of Pennsylvania
- Child Welfare Professional
- Recovery Specialist
- Peer Specialist
- Forensic Peer Specialist
Mark has experience working with adults and adolescents in a variety of settings that include:
- Children and Youth Services

- Corrections Facility
- Community Mental Health
- Inpatient Mental Health Facility
Mark works with individuals from elementary age to adults. He is trained to work with most areas of clinical disorder. Clinically, he employs a faith-based approach using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. He also employs a trauma informed approach. Mark specializes in the following areas:
