Thomas earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. He is committed to continuing his professional development to provide effective, evidence-based care while integrating Christian faith into the counseling process. Currently, Thomas is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor.
Thomas entered the counseling profession after experiencing the positive impact of counseling in his own life. Before completing his graduate education, he intentionally gained several years of experience in helping professions to develop a practical understanding of counseling from multiple perspectives. He has experience working with adolescents and adults in outpatient counseling.
Thomas is committed to creating a welcoming environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported as they work through life's challenges. After experiencing the personal impact of counseling in his own life, he felt called to pursue the profession so he could help others experience the same hope and healing. He combines genuine compassion with practical, evidence-based counseling and enjoys helping clients build confidence, strengthen relationships, and develop healthy ways to navigate anxiety, depression, and emotional struggles.

Throughout his career, Thomas has worked with children, adolescents, and adults, providing support for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, attention difficulties, behavioral concerns, relationship issues, and emotional regulation. His experience includes residential treatment, outpatient counseling, and faith-based clinical practice.
Thomas works with children, adolescents, and adults. He is skilled in working with individuals and families and is trained to address a wide range of clinical concerns. Clinically, Thomas employs a faith-based approach that integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
