Georgetta is a Provisionally Licensed Master Social Worker (P.L.M.S.W.) who brings more than two decades of experience serving children, families, and communities through leadership, child welfare, and behavioral health. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges while building healthier relationships, strengthening resilience, and achieving lasting personal growth.
Georgetta earned a Bachelor of Criminology from Arkansas State University, a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a Master of Social Work from Walden University. Her graduate education and extensive professional background have provided advanced training in trauma-informed care, family systems, child welfare, crisis intervention, and evidence-based behavioral health practices.
Georgetta brings more than 20 years of experience serving children, families, and communities through leadership and direct service roles in child welfare, behavioral health, and human services. Throughout her career, she has conducted child safety assessments, family engagement, crisis intervention, permanency planning, and case management while collaborating with courts, schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies. She has also provided statewide training, professional consultation, and supervision for child welfare professionals while mentoring graduate social work students and early-career clinicians.
